She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (B.S.Ed), a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D). Dr. Thompson has earned several endorsements, including Reading, Gifted, and Teacher Leader, and is a Quality Matters Certified Peer Reviewer.
